✔️ Hands-on experience in Teamcenter-based release activities
✔️ Strong understanding of Variant Matrix and BOM governance
✔️ Experience in Engineering Change Processes (ECR/ECO/ECN)
✔️ Exposure to Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
✔️ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
✔️ Ability to work in a fast-paced automotive engineering environment
