Educational Qualification

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Execute construction work according to approved drawings, specifications and standards.
- Monitor the quality of construction materials and workmanship.
- Coordinate with contractors, workers, engineers and other project stakeholders.
- Ensure construction activities are completed according to project schedules.
- Check site measurements and monitor project progress.
- Identify and resolve site-related technical issues.
- Maintain proper site records, reports and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety and construction standards.
- Coordinate with the project team to achieve timely project completion.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in residential construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction and site execution.
- Ability to read and understand civil drawings.
- Good site supervision and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of construction quality standards and safety practices.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple teams.
