The selected candidates will become an important part of the store’s customer service, sales and online business operations. The role involves assisting customers in selecting suitable jewellery pieces, maintaining attractive product displays and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.
Candidates will also be involved in billing, inventory management, stock arrangement and general store upkeep. For online sales, employees will handle customer enquiries and orders received through WhatsApp, Instagram and the store website.
The position also includes basic social media responsibilities such as uploading jewellery product photographs, preparing simple captions and responding professionally to customer messages and enquiries. Candidates with an interest in fashion, jewellery styling, digital marketing and social media will have an opportunity to develop additional skills while working.
Employees may also assist with carefully packing and dispatching online orders while ensuring products are handled safely and orders are sent on time.
