Job Overview
We are hiring a Quality Analyst with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Manual Testing to join our team in Bellandur, Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the QA lifecycle, STLC, defect management and software testing processes.
The candidate will work closely with Development, Product and Support teams to ensure high-quality product releases and deliver a seamless user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand product requirements and prepare detailed test scenarios and test cases.
- Perform Functional, Regression, Integration and UI Testing.
- Identify, document, track and verify software defects.
- Collaborate with Developers, Product Managers and Support teams to resolve issues.
- Participate in requirement reviews and provide QA inputs.
- Ensure product quality before software releases.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and testing practices.
- Follow established testing standards and quality assurance procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Manual Testing.
- Strong knowledge of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Defect Management.
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps or similar bug-tracking and test management tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.
