Zara is a fashion and apparel business, and we are looking for retail leaders with strong experience in apparel or fashion retail—not general retail alone.
The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience managing a large-format clothing or fashion store, preferably within a premium or international fashion environment. A background in fashion education, strong product and commercial understanding, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and develop high-performing teams will be highly valued.
