💼 What You’ll Do
✅ Lead end-to-end operations of the EV Repair & Maintenance Hub
✅ Build, train, and manage a team of 25+ technicians
✅ Drive operational efficiency, productivity, and quality standards
✅ Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
✅ Resolve technical and operational challenges with strong ground ownership
✅ Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve processes and performance
✅ Deliver operational targets and hub KPIs consistently
🎯 We’re Looking For
9–10 years of experience in EV, automotive, vehicle repair, or maintenance operations
Proven experience in managing teams of 25–30+ technicians
Strong understanding of EV 2W repair and maintenance processes
Hands-on problem-solving approach and strong operational ownership
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Candidates residing within 15 km of Bagalur will be preferred
⭐ Preferred Background
Engineering / Operations / Automotive service management
Experience in startup or high-growth operational environments
