Key Responsibilities:
- Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Windows-based desktops and laptops.
- Operating system and application support, including antivirus, MS Office, and custom software.
- Setup, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of printers
- Basic troubleshooting of network issues, including LAN connectivity and IP configuration.
- Installation, configuration, and maintenance of CCTV cameras
- Willing to work in coal yard areas, open environments.
